Optel felt it was time to facilitate a state-of-the-art training program, one that effectively gets the message across, and will meet the requirements set forth by the US Supreme Court. The Miller Guide was well received by the company's diverse workforce and after the training session, the Human Resources Director instructed employees to split into groups, to discuss the video, Employee Manual and the issues at hand.
