After seeing how their employees reacted to the video at corporate headquarters, Darigold decided to roll out The Miller Guide to its national workforce and sent its Manager of Human Resources to each facility to administer the training. This session was very informal, took place in a warehouse setting and was attended by white-collar and blue-collar supervisory personnel.
